(More customer reviews)I purchased this elite model after our older model bellied-up. we were very satisfied with the older model, and have had several of these over many years. This mega one is terrible.I should have known as I was assembling this one.It is so cheaply made.None of the parts fit right. I am in process of trying to get a replacement for one of the older models.I am waiting for a call back from Littermaid.I called last week to complain and was put through having to take the whole system apart to assure littermaid that I indeed have a problem with this piece of junk.I was forced to leave a message yesterday, but of course 30 hours later, I have not received a call back as promised.Littermaid, I hope your products improve and your customer service is better-user-friendly.
