(More customer reviews)I love not having to scoop anymore; that function works great.The desiccant crystals that the excrement is stored in do well to suppress odors after an hour of dry time, but they only keep smells down about one week for two cats.The advertisement stated two weeks, so this turned out to be much more expensive than I anticipated.Further, the cardboard cartridges leak urine, so I have a puddle to wipe up daily.This makes my bathroom stink.I don't like that.Also, my cats are afraid when it scoops.Even though I set it for a 20-minute delay, they went through about two weeks of toileting everywhere they shouldn't, so I had to buy a steam cleaner.The expense just keeps racking up.So, it's not really low maintenance after all, and count on $15-20/week in cartridge expense if you have two cats.
