(More customer reviews)My two cats have been using two of these for about a year. Generally they're very good. One of my cats is quite neurotic and she scratches the litter a lot, so I am usually cleaning stray litter off the floor. Occasionally (about once a week or so) she'll decide to face the rear of the box, instead of sticking her head out of the opening as she usually does. The unfortunate consequence of this is that her motion is deposited on the floor outside the box, instead of inside. She is a fairly tubby cat, so I would advise a different model for fatter cats. My other, more slender, cat has no problems using them.
