(More customer reviews)This mat was fine for the short term, but began to get stains/rings from our dog's stainless steel bowl after about 10 months-1 year.We needed to replace it.The edges also curled after we put it in the dishwasher (probably should not have done that.. ).
What you can't tell from the picture is that it has an outline of a goofy dog picture and dinner within the mat.It is like a raised line drawing.Can't see it much when the bowls are on it.It is also not pearlized... just plain gray plastic.

(More customer reviews)The Equalizer can clean any organic spot.Cat urine - it not only takes out the surface stain and odor but neutralizes the odor so that the cat doesn't continue to go back to the spot.It works great on blood, urine, hairballs and vomit.It does not work on dirt...but then thats not what I needed it for.With multiple cats and a dog I buy this product by the case.It was recommended by my vet (though much more cost effective to buy on line!) Far superior to anything that you can buy on a pet store.

(More customer reviews)This mat seems to catch most, if not all, of the litter! I am really happy w it, and it is soft under the feet as well which is nice. I first bought the small one, especially because I had thought that this one was way too expensive, but it didn't do much as it didn't cover enough space and the cats bypassed most of it when exiting the litterbox. I exchanged it for this larger-sized one and it has REALLY made a difference. This mat, as it is supposed to do, seems to "trap" most of the litter within the fibres as the cats walk over it. I initially bought this brand as per the recommendation of the nice gent at Petsmart... I am glad I listened to him!

Along w this, I HIGHLY recommend the Omega Paw self-cleaning litter box.... it is absolutely WONDERFUL!!

(More customer reviews)I purchased the Littermaid Mega, the cabinet and the liner refills about 1.5 years ago from debnroo.What a great system!The cabinet has an opening with a chute that allows the Littermaid to rake the waste into the plastic bag.If I am gone for a week, this is no problem.I use some baking soda or a litter deodorizer to keep the odor down and it works just fine.When it's time for me to change the bag, I simply pull out more liner, cut it, knot the top of the full bag and knot the bottom of the new empty liner.I close the cabinet door and nobody sees the poopie bag but me.They will have a customer for life!
